Usage

- Apply a small amount of Neutralizer Cream, approximately the size of a grain of rice onto an application wand.
- Apply the product to the centre of the eyelashes or to the eyebrows.
- Cover the treated area with osmotic film.
- Cover with a headband.
- The approximate processing time is 15 minutes.
- After the processing time has elapsed, remove the product with a dry cotton bud.
