How can I shop at Wowbyme.com?

Simply choose the products you want, add them to your cart and complete your order at checkout. You can shop for professional products for eyelash extensions, lash lifting, brow lamination, eyebrow tinting, waxing, PMU supplies and training courses.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can place an order without creating an account. Registration can, however, make future purchases easier and allow you to track your orders and manage your billing details.

Are the products intended only for professionals?

A large part of the product range at Wowbyme.com is intended primarily for professional salon use. This includes eyelash adhesives, UV systems, brow lamination and lash lifting products, tints, henna and waxing products.

We recommend following the instructions for use and the manufacturer’s safety guidelines for every product.

Can I order products as a beginner?

Yes. At WOWBYME, you will find products suitable for both professionals and beginners who are learning to work in the lash and brow industry.

For professional products, we recommend completing appropriate training or having sufficient knowledge of their correct and safe use.

How can I find out whether a product is in stock?

Product availability is displayed directly on the product page. If an item is in stock, you can add it to your cart and order it. Availability of sold-out products may change over time.

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?

Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +421 905 944 327.

If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to help you make the requested changes.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes, we issue an invoice for every order. You can enter your billing details during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Products that are in stock are usually dispatched promptly on working days.

The exact delivery time depends on the selected courier and their current workload.

Where do you deliver orders?

We deliver orders according to the shipping options available at checkout. Wowbyme.com is a Slovak e-shop and most of our customers are based in Slovakia, but delivery to other countries may also be available depending on the current shipping options.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also notify you by email about further processing and dispatch, depending on the e-shop and courier settings.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please first check the email containing the dispatch and tracking information.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend taking photographs and reporting the condition of the parcel to the courier immediately.

Please then contact us so that we can review the situation.

Is personal collection available?

Yes, orders placed for personal collection can be collected from the WOWBYME studio at:

Čajkovského 28, Nitra, Slovakia

Orders can be collected from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

In urgent cases, or if you are unable to collect your order during opening hours, please contact us at +421 905 944 327 and we will arrange the details with you.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are displayed directly at checkout when completing your order. They may vary depending on the delivery country, order type and current e-shop settings.

Can I place an order as a company?

Yes, you can enter your company billing details when placing an order. The invoice will be issued according to the information provided in the order.

What should I do if my payment was unsuccessful?

If the payment was unsuccessful, check its status with your bank or try completing the order again.

Complaints, Exchanges and Returns

Can I return a product?

The possibility of returning a product is governed by the valid terms and conditions of the e-shop and applicable legislation.

Returns of cosmetic and professional products may be restricted, particularly if the product has been opened, used or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Can I return opened cosmetics or eyelash products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not always possible to return opened or used cosmetic products, adhesives, tints, henna, brow lamination products, lash lifting products or other items that come into contact with the skin, hair, eyelashes or eye area.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and a photograph of the product you received. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

What should I do if the product is damaged or faulty?

If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs or a video showing the defect.

The complaint will be assessed according to the type of product and the applicable terms and conditions.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

We process complaints as quickly as possible and in accordance with applicable legislation and our terms and conditions.

What eyelash extension products can I find at WOWBYME?

At WOWBYME, you will find professional eyelash extension products such as artificial lashes, adhesives, tweezers, preparation liquids, super bonders, removers, brushes, tapes, eye pads, UV systems, lash mapping tools and other accessories for lash stylists.

How do I choose the right eyelash adhesive?

When choosing an adhesive, it is important to consider the stylist’s working speed, the humidity and temperature in the room, the client’s sensitivity, the desired retention and the application technique.

Beginners often benefit from a slower adhesive, while experienced stylists may prefer faster-curing adhesives.

How should I store eyelash adhesive?

Store the adhesive according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, usually in a dry, dark place with a stable temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

After every use, clean the neck of the bottle thoroughly and close the cap tightly.

Why are the eyelash extensions not lasting?

Poor retention may be caused by unsuitable room conditions, incorrect preparation of the natural lashes, too much or too little adhesive, insufficient contact between the natural and artificial lash, old adhesive or incorrect aftercare by the client.

What is a super bonder?

A super bonder is a supplementary product used after eyelash extension application. It helps stabilise the adhesive bond, improve client comfort and support the final retention of the set, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

What is an adhesive accelerator?

An adhesive accelerator helps speed up the adhesive curing process and may improve its behaviour during application.

It should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and is particularly useful for stylists who need better control over curing speed.

Are WOWBYME lashes suitable for volume techniques?

Yes, our range includes different types of lashes suitable for both the classic 1:1 method and volume techniques.

When choosing lashes, it is important to consider their thickness, length, curl and the technique you use.

Training Courses

Does WOWBYME also offer training courses?

Yes, WOWBYME offers professional training courses in lash and brow services.

The current range may include eyelash extension courses, BROW MASTER training, UNIQUE UV system training and other beauty courses.

Where do the training courses take place?

Training courses take place at the WOWBYME studio in Nitra or at another location specified in the description of the particular course.

Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Some courses, especially basic training courses, are suitable for complete beginners.

More advanced courses, such as UV system training, are designed primarily for stylists who already understand the basic application technique.

What is included in the course price?

The course content and all items included in the price are listed in the description of each individual training course.

Some courses also include a basic starter kit.
