How to use
Step 1: Prepare the tinting paste. Mix approximately 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream. Oxidant is not included in the packaging.
Step 2: Use RefectoCil protective pads or papers. Apply the tint using an application stick to dry, makeup-free, and clean eyebrows or lashes.
Step 3: Depending on the desired intensity, leave it to act for 5–10 minutes. Subsequently, remove the tint with a dampened cotton pad. When tinting lashes, eyes must remain closed until completely cleaned.
