ÉLAN Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder NEW FORMULA is a bleaching powder developed to adjust the natural colour of the eyebrows.
It allows for the lightening of darker hairs and prepares the eyebrows for the desired colour adjustment. Use it for professional eyebrow tinting, lightening of natural pigment, and creating a softer contrast between the eyebrows and hair colour.
Thanks to two bleaching techniques, the intensity of the procedure can be adjusted to the desired result and hair characteristics.
Ultramarine pigments against yellow undertones
When lightening darker hairs, unwanted warm, especially yellow, tones may appear.
Ultramarine pigments in the powder formulation help suppress yellow tones and support the achievement of a more balanced final shade.
Liquidum Care Complex
The new formula contains a special Liquidum conditioning complex, which provides additional care to the hairs during the bleaching process.
At the same time, it improves the elasticity of the prepared mixture, making its even application easier and ensuring precision when shaping the eyebrows.
Two eyebrow bleaching techniques
LIGHT – gentle lightening by 1–2 shades
The LIGHT technique is designed for mild lightening of the natural eyebrow pigment without subsequent dyeing.
Mixing ratio: 1 : 3
1 part ÉLAN Ultramarine NEW FORMULA powder + 3 parts ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3 %.
Procedure:

Prepare the bleaching mixture in a 1 : 3 ratio.

First, apply the mixture to the thicker eyebrow hairs.

Then, spread it over the remaining hairs using a cosmetic brush.

Leave to act for 1–3 minutes depending on the desired shade and hair thickness.

Once the desired result is achieved, remove the mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.

To stop the chemical reaction, apply ÉLAN Cleansing Detox-Mousse and then remove the foam with a moistened pad.

Finally, it is recommended to use a leave-in care treatment ÉLAN Colour Fixing Fluid with keratin and sunflower oil.
Important: The manufacturer states the possibility of repeating the bleaching to achieve a lighter shade. When repeating, the mixture should be applied only to the deeper roots of the hair using a fine brush. Before repeated Application, it is necessary to assess the condition of the eyebrows and follow the manufacturer's complete professional protocol.
INTENSE – intense bleaching by 3–5 shades
The INTENSE technique is designed for a more significant change in the natural colour of the eyebrows, by up to 3–5 shades.
The exact mixing ratio, processing time, and procedure for the INTENSE technique must be followed according to the current complete ÉLAN manufacturer's instructions. The parameters of the LIGHT technique do not automatically apply to the INTENSE technique.
