It is water-soluble, so you can remove it quickly and easily with water or with Step 4 Clean.

Instructions for use:

Using a microfiber brush, apply the glue balm to the eyelashes and the lash pad. Comb eyelashes upwards using a microfiber brush and Y Comb. Remove the balm with water or step number 4.
